How to use this website most effectively
You may be worried, anxious, exhausted and confused right about now.
Perhaps you just found out that you have Lyme disease and you’re looking for answers. Perhaps you weren’t getting anywhere with your last health care provider and losing hope.
Know that having a full recovery, especially from a chronic illness, does take patience and courage. However, if you don’t feel like you’re making waves (or tired of making just ripples), then you’re in a good place to get some really good suggestions.
You can find my Lyme blog here, which contains lots of very broad minded tips and health tricks you can add to your Lyme recovery plan. I often write about things that can really boost a person’s recovery. I speak from experience as I healed myself from many ailments including chronic Lyme disease, Lupus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, hypoadrenia, anemia, viral issues, fungal issues, parasitic issues…and of course, many bacterial issues. I have a most excellent grasp on the issues involved and a deep knowledge of what can be done.
If you have “it all,” it’s very possible to still have a FULL recovery. You must get creative to heal. If you have a doctor who paints portraits on the weekend, you’re probably in good hands.
If you have questions about your recovery, you may ask them here on the Lyme forum. I usually answer them in 12-48 hrs (PERSONALLY).
If you are lost a good starting point (no matter your own personal knowledge is my LymeRecover ePlan and/or The Tick Slayer). The ePlan is for quick reference of things that need to happen (like a checklist, but more advanced). The book gives much more detailed information and offers inspiration about what a recovery looks like and how it can be achieved.
If you are truly lost, confused and need real hands on help, see my coaching page here.
I manufacture many products now. My products have been QRA energy tested and they are outstanding. On this website, you will only find what I personally have used or use with coaching clients. You may add them to your current plan, at your discretion and use the forum to ask questions if you have them.
I wish you the very best in your FULL recovery!
