    You say to avoid corn in your diet, we don’t eat processed foods, avoid all corn syrups, especially high fructose but what about fresh corn on the cob (in the summer) and stone ground grits, 2 of our staples?

    You should see how your body reacts to corn with an food stat test. Then if you are cleared, my thoughts are a little organic corn is okay (non GMO), but I HIGHLY doubt that even corn these days that say non GMO are actually coming from seeds that are not GMOed. I think all corn is GMO (because I have some farmers in my family and this is what they say). Rice hot cereal is a good alternative.
