All About Enemas- The 2 Top Enemas For Gut RECOVERY!

Detoxing Via Enema!

Ahhh, the joy of doing a good enema.  Don’t fear it. Just accept it. It will go smoothly and the benefits surely outweigh the fear…..by A LOT.

I have so many people ask me how to do this, that I finally made a video explaining the two MAIN enemas that everyone should be doing.

Coffee Enemas- My fiance calls it “Butt Coffee.” I can honestly look you straight in the face and tell you that I take my coffee BOTH WAYS.

Here are the benefits:

  • Cleans your liver of toxic chemicals
  • Helps you go #2, that’s code for you know what.  If you don’t go #2, 4-5 times a day, you are constipated, which means if poop sits in your colon, your liver has to deal with it…again.
  • Helps you eliminate toxic chemicals
  • Stimulates bile production; therefore helping your gallbladder detox
  • Increases glutathione-S-transferases (GST) enzyme some 600% (bases on mice research)

Probiotic Enemas ( also know as Flora Enemas or Flora Implants)- Hands down the best way to get the good guys back into the fight with the bad guys (intestinal overgrowth).

Benefits:

  • Gets probiotics to the intended destination, pretty much without ANY interference from digestive juices (bile)
  • Keeps you from getting sick with infection in your gut (there are all kinds of things that could make you sick IF you don’t have enough good bacteria in your gut)
  • Repairs the lining of the gut, which helps you get your nutrients from your food (kind of a big deal)

Sometimes it’s NOT just about how good a probiotic is, it’s about how you TAKE your probioitic.

Enjoy!

Supplies:

  1. FloraFix– HMO Probiotics with 16 strains!
  2. Fleet Enema bottle (8oz)
  3. Good CLEAN Water
  4. Organic Coffee (NO FLAVORS)
  5. A way to make coffee (frenchpress, drip, or if using double boil method, get some coffee filters)
  6. 45 minutes or 25 minutes, depending on which kind of enema you do

Q & A on Enemas:

Will the caffeine in the coffee get me jittery?
Nope. It’s not going through the digestive tract.

I did one coffee enema once and I felt really sick and weak, what happened?
LOW BLOOD SUGAR. And you probably did an enema bag, not bottle. So a lot of coffee, can make you hypoglycemic temporarily.

I cannot seem to get it in, it’s like I just want to expel it quickly? Ideas?
The first time you do an enema and perhaps at other times (when conditions permit), you do want to expel it once it goes in. It’s almost uncomfortable. The feeling does pass. In fact, if you lay down quickly and just relax, the feeling goes very quickly. Then you won’t even know it’s in. I got to the point real quickly that I can just bend over and squeeze it in…without blinking. It takes less than 3 seconds for me and for others who do this as part of their recovery.

What kind of coffee?
Organic. No flavors. Dark, Medium or Light…will do.

Can I do a probiotic one and a coffee one on the same day?
Yes, but you shouldn’t.  Do them on alternative days. Coffee makes the colon pH more acidic. This is not good for flora implantation. It’s just not “ideal.”

I don’t want to put anything in my butt. This is something I just won’t do.*
I’m sorry you feel this way. You’re missing out on something that can REALLY help you.

*As told to me by a coaching client that hadn’t gone to the bathroom in 3 days and then developed a kidney infection.
